Founded in 1985 by John Fergus, The Fergus Companies are a full service real estate development group specializing in single tenant, build-to-suit and fee based retail development for companies primarily in the 5,000 – 20,000 square foot range. If you don’t have a prototype building or process, don’t worry, we can help you design and implement one.

We are a relationship developer that will go wherever our client needs us to go. To date we have completed over 100 projects for clients located in a geographic range from New York to Florida to Texas, which is why our motto is: “Have client, will travel.”
